Into The Wild

1. My initial impression of the book was confusion as I sniffed the area where the pages come together known as the books back bone. Over all I am responding well to events that the characters have gone through in the plot so far. I think that it is good to know someone writes a book about this stuff.
2. Daniel is very talkative. He is always telling stories from his past, like that time on the playground.
3. The author has clearly told me in his book that it is important to do what you want to do, and not to do what others want you to do because they don't even really like you that much. The author tells me in his book about the importance of independence and individuality.
4. I would say that Daniel is most like that episode of the Rugrats when they are all older than normal, and they are all standing by some river and Phil and Lils mom says I used to be a man, because Daniel is also a man.
5. When Daniel was talking and conversing and giving some words about the playground, I could relate because I used to play on the playground all the time. Sometimes I would get hurt on the playground during recess just like Daniel.
6. I think that this book so far most similarly relates to slavery.
